Judge: This is fine. 11 years prison.

@tony Mendenhall should have killed that anyway. The duration of the investigative detention had to be way too long.

@tony Had the officer found another (pretextual) reason for a stop, like a traffic violation, that would have made the second stop legitimate, right?
